Cabin Fever is the is the sixth book in the kids’ best selling Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. Our 8 year old reviewer says it is a very funny book, full of entertaining comic drawings.
In this series of every day adventures of the main Wimpy Kid character, Greg, he finds himself unexpectedly trapped in the house along with the rest of the Heffley family after a blizzard hits.
His view of life is recorded in a series of humorous daily diary entries and drawings which make this an enjoyable read.
In Cabin Fever, the cold snap produces plenty of new situations for hilarious fun. Greg worries about Santa seeing him in his underwear, bemoans the rising influence of health and safety at his school and goes out trying to earn some pocket money in the snow.
Overall, this is a great book for young kids.
