Monkfield Arms Review – Cambourne Pub Reviews
Located in central Cambourne, the ‘Monkey’ is a no frills pub that serves good value food and drink. With pub meals at pub prices, it’s well frequented by locals and visitors alike. The pub has its own decent sized car park and getting a space there generally isn’t particularly difficult.
Inside the pub there is ample room in the dining area and this extends right around the central bar. There is a pretty good range of drinks available here and a pretty varied pub grub menu with regular specials. Think burgers, sandwiches, chips and desserts. Good for families, especially those with younger children.
The pub has a pretty laid back atmosphere, and live music has been known to happen here at weekends, as well as other ‘event’ evenings.
